LAS-320 is a non-toxic fuel resistant asphalt sealer developed to protect asphalt from accidental and premature damage. Damages from fuel or chemical spills, UV degradation, and freeze-thaw cycles will destroy an asphalt surface. LAS-320 makes a molecular bond with the surface and penetrates deep into cracks making an impervious surface. LAS-320 is UV and chemical resistant, and will extend the life of an asphalt surface by ten years or more with just one application. LAS-320 is easy to apply and provides instant curb appeal.
For our commercial customers, LAS-320 is available in Concentrate which is mixed 50/50 with water prior to application. This process reduces transport and manufacturing costs saving you money. LAS 320 Concentrate is made to order and shipped in 55-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes only.
