Enviroseal LLC

Enviroseal was formed by Tom and Andy Stevens in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1995 and pioneered the soil stabilization industry by manufacturing M10+50, a polymeric binder used for dust control. In 1999 we began testing with the US Army for dust control on helipads and the construction of unpaved military runways. Over the years Enviroseal expanded and began developing environmentally friendly products for the protection and maintenance of concrete, asphalt, and roof surfaces.

Further military testing led to the development of LAS-320 as a fuel resistant coating primarily used in airports and was later followed up with testing from the FAA. Since then, our company has expanded and our products have been used by US and foreign militaries, federal, state and local governments, along with residential, commercial, and industrial customers worldwide.

In 2004, South Florida was ground zero for Francis and Jeanne, two CAT-4 hurricanes that directly impacted our community. Throughout the region our DuraRoof product stood out as being an effective product used to prevent wind damage and a patent was issued in 2008.
